These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ZeniTCG website, online store, services, features and content.
By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using ZeniTCG, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
1. About ZeniTCG
ZeniTCG is an independent online retailer specializing in trading card game products and collectibles, with a primary focus on Pokémon Trading Card Game products.

These Terms of Service govern your general use of ZeniTCG.
Purchases made through our store are also subject to our:

If a specific product or promotion contains additional terms, those additional terms apply to that product or promotion.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Independent Retailer Disclaimer
ZeniTCG is an independent retailer and reseller of trading card game products.
ZeniTCG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected to The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Pokémon names, characters, logos, card artwork, product names, trademarks and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
References to Pokémon and Pokémon TCG products on ZeniTCG are used solely to identify and describe genuine products independently offered for retail or resale by our store.
Nothing on ZeniTCG should be interpreted as suggesting an official partnership, sponsorship, authorization or endorsement by The Pokémon Company or any related rights holder.
4. Acceptance of These Terms
By using ZeniTCG, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
When you place an order, you also agree to the policies applicable to your purchase at the time the order is submitted.
If you use ZeniTCG on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization where applicable.
5. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use our services and enter into a purchase contract.
If you are below the legal age required to independently make online purchases in your jurisdiction, you must use ZeniTCG with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
6. Our Online Store
ZeniTCG provides an online platform through which customers may browse and purchase trading card products and related collectibles.
Products may include sealed Pokémon TCG products, Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Bundles, Collection Boxes, Mini Tins, Blisters, Japanese products, accessories, promotional products, pre-orders and other collectibles.
Product availability may vary.
7. International Customers
ZeniTCG serves customers internationally.
Our inventory primarily focuses on English-language Pokémon TCG products intended for the North American market, together with selected Japanese and other regional products.
Customers are responsible for checking the language, edition and regional version shown on the product page before purchasing.
The availability of shipping, payment methods and certain products may vary depending on the customer's country.
8. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and other information displayed on ZeniTCG are accurate.
However, manufacturers, distributors and suppliers may occasionally modify product packaging, artwork, promotional markings or presentation.
Images may also be used for illustrative purposes where appropriate.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer to provide an appropriate solution.
9. Prices & Availability
Prices and availability may change without prior notice before an order is completed.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item.
Products may become unavailable because of high demand, inventory discrepancies, supplier shortages, distributor allocations or technical errors.
If we cannot supply a product that has already been paid for, the affected amount will be refunded.
10. Orders
Orders placed through ZeniTCG are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to review, refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, obvious pricing errors, inventory errors or attempts to misuse promotional offers or purchasing limits.
Where an order is cancelled by ZeniTCG after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.

11. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Payments may be declined, delayed or subject to additional verification by payment providers or fraud-prevention systems.
12. Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as Pre-Order items.
Pre-order release dates and expected availability dates are estimates based on information provided by manufacturers, suppliers or distributors and may change.
Supplier allocations may also be reduced.

13. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping availability, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, taxes, duties or other charges depending on the destination.

Mandatory delivery protections provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
14. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged orders and incorrect products are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because ZeniTCG sells internationally, legal cancellation and return rights may vary according to the customer's jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Randomized TCG Products
Trading card booster products contain randomized cards.
ZeniTCG does not guarantee any specific pull, card, rarity, pull rate or monetary value from randomized products unless expressly stated otherwise.
A customer's dissatisfaction with the cards obtained from a correctly supplied and genuine opened booster product does not by itself create a right to a voluntary refund.
Mandatory rights concerning defective, incorrect or legally non-conforming products remain unaffected.
16. Collector & Market Value
Trading card products are collectibles and their market value can fluctuate significantly.
ZeniTCG does not provide investment, financial or resale-value guarantees.
We do not guarantee that any card or sealed product will increase, maintain or recover its value after purchase.
Changes in secondary-market value do not affect the validity of a completed purchase.
17. License to Use the Website
ZeniTCG grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use our website for lawful purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of any ZeniTCG intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute original ZeniTCG website content without permission unless applicable law allows such use.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ZeniTCG to:
- Commit or facilitate unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt unauthorized access to our website, servers or accounts
- Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code
- Interfere with website security or normal operation
- Collect customer information without authorization
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Submit false or misleading information
- Abuse discount codes, promotional offers or free-gift promotions
- Use multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits

- Copy or commercially exploit original ZeniTCG content without authorization
- Use our services in a manner that infringes the rights of another person
We may restrict access, suspend accounts or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
19. Automated Purchasing & Bots
We may impose purchase limits on limited-edition or highly demanded products.
Customers may not use automated tools, bots or multiple accounts to intentionally circumvent purchase limits or interfere with fair access to limited inventory.
Orders associated with clear attempts to bypass such restrictions may be cancelled where permitted by law.
20. Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You should provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

21. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of:
Fraud, attempted fraud, security risks, repeated abuse, prohibited activity, misuse of promotions, unauthorized payment activity or serious violations of these Terms.
Any suspension or termination will not remove mandatory rights relating to legitimate existing purchases.
22. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content
ZeniTCG may allow customers to submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content.
By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, misleading or infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Where legally permitted, we may remove content that violates these Terms or our moderation standards.
23. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about ZeniTCG, we may use that feedback to improve our store, products or services.
Providing feedback does not create an obligation for ZeniTCG to implement the suggestion or compensate the person providing it unless separately agreed.
24. Intellectual Property
The ZeniTCG name, original branding, original graphics, written content, website layout and other original material may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit protected ZeniTCG material without authorization except where applicable law permits.

25. Pokémon Intellectual Property
Pokémon trademarks, product names, characters, card designs, logos, artwork and other Pokémon intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders.
ZeniTCG does not claim ownership of Pokémon intellectual property.
Product names, photographs and references are used to identify and market the genuine products independently sold through our store.
ZeniTCG remains an independent retailer and is not an official Pokémon store or an entity controlled by The Pokémon Company.
26. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party services for functions including:
Payment processing, checkout, ecommerce infrastructure, analytics, advertising, shipping, customer support and fraud prevention.

Your use of certain Shopify-operated features may also involve Shopify's own terms or privacy practices.
ZeniTCG remains responsible for operating its own store and complying with the laws applicable to its business. Shopify likewise states that merchants are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for ensuring product and marketing claims are accurate.

A link does not necessarily mean that ZeniTCG endorses or controls the third-party website.
Third-party sites operate independently and may have their own terms, policies and data practices.

Your use of ZeniTCG is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed and protected.

You must not intentionally interfere with the security or operation of ZeniTCG.
We may use reasonable technical and organizational measures to detect fraud, abuse, malicious activity and unauthorized access.
No internet service can guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation.

33. Promotions
Promotions, discount codes, competitions, giveaways and free gifts may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot normally be combined and may be limited by customer, household, order, country, stock availability or qualifying purchase.
We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or clearly abusive use of promotional offers.
34. Free Promotional Booster
Where ZeniTCG offers a free Pokémon TCG booster pack with a qualifying first order, the offer may be subject to stock availability and eligibility requirements displayed with the promotion.
Unless a particular set is specifically guaranteed, the booster provided may vary depending on available inventory.
The promotional booster has no cash alternative unless required by law.
35. Fraud Prevention
We may review transactions where fraud or unauthorized payment activity is suspected.
This may include reviewing order information, payment status, transaction risk indicators, account activity and delivery information where legally permitted.
An order may be temporarily held or cancelled where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, ZeniTCG or a payment provider.
36. No Guarantee of Continuous Service
ZeniTCG provides its website and online services on an availability basis.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that the website will always operate without interruption.
This does not affect obligations relating to orders already accepted or mandatory consumer rights.
37. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties regarding website functionality beyond warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits statutory guarantees or consumer protections relating to products purchased from ZeniTCG.
38. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZeniTCG will not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that do not directly result from our breach of these Terms.
ZeniTCG is not responsible for fluctuations in secondary-market prices or the future collectible value of trading card products.
39. Events Outside Our Control
Where legally permitted, ZeniTCG will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
These may include major carrier interruptions, customs disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, wars, civil unrest, major technical outages or significant supplier disruption.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
40. Enforcement
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary under applicable law.
42. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the policies incorporated into them, form the terms governing your use of ZeniTCG.
For purchases, our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and other applicable store policies also form part of the agreement between the customer and ZeniTCG.

We may update, modify or discontinue website features, services or functionality.
Where a change affects an existing contractual obligation, we will continue to respect rights arising from orders already placed and any mandatory requirements of applicable law.

The most recent version will be published on ZeniTCG with an updated revision date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively after publication.
Terms governing an existing purchase remain subject to the conditions applicable when the purchase was made and to mandatory law.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
However, if you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable under laws that cannot legally be excluded by contract.
46. International Consumer Rights
ZeniTCG serves customers in multiple countries.
Consumer rights concerning online purchases, refunds, delivery, warranties and other matters may vary between jurisdictions.
Where mandatory law provides customers with protections greater than those contained in these Terms, the mandatory protections will prevail.
This is particularly important because French e-commerce rules impose mandatory pre-contractual and consumer protections for qualifying sales, including statutory rights that cannot simply be removed through store terms.

If you have a problem with ZeniTCG or an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a court or another remedy that must remain available under applicable law.
Jurisdiction will be determined according to the laws applicable to the particular dispute.

If you purchase primarily for professional resale, commercial use or another business purpose, certain protections specifically available to consumers may not apply.
